Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you’re eligible for a replacement or refund. Just follow these steps:

To qualify for a return:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
  Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  Return the product within 14 days of approval. Return instructions will be provided.
• Conditions: Items must be returned in unused condition unless the defect is part of the complaint. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.
• Return shipping: We’ll cover return shipping for items confirmed to be defective or misprinted. For all other eligible returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Note: Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
